Creating a Contract/terms document.

I will be videotaping a theatre production next month and the university asked for my contract/terms. Does anyone have any suggestions or samples I can write up for a contract/terms document I can have my client sign for an upcoming theatrical production?  I figure it would need to include deposit, charge etc...thank you!

Yeah, I have a great contract drawn up that you can use as a template. It covers all the bases.
