Create Space. Do I need a LLC?

[triplej96]

To send DVD to createspace.com do I have to have a LLC or anything like that? Seems like my answer would be a no but just wanted to make sure.

thanks

I don't know what createspace.com's requirements might be. You should consult them.

However, you would form an LLC to protect your personal assets in the event you're sued. That's what an LLC is for -- your protection, not anyone else's.

Good luck!

That is pretty much exactly what I thought I will check with them.
