I only encounter this problem maybe a fourth of the time. I am capturing my footage using capture now and a fire wire. When this problem occurs, the viewer on the capture now will stutter behind a little, sometimes once, other times multiple times. Then it will catch back up. When I start editing, the audio is a little behind, and when I do a freeze frame, the frozen frame is of an earlier frame of video. I continue editing just video. The problem is when I view the video, it looks fine until I view it in IDVD. All of my edits are how I want them, except all video is lagging behind. Where is my problem happening. I can play the mini dv tape in the deck with no stuttering, only when its capturing. Please help???
