It's cool, but the specs don't meet the minimum requirements to run DV Rack.

It doesn't have:

1.4 ghz processor
firewire
32 mb graphics card.

You would have to also get the external cd-rom drive. And it doesn't say what speed the HD runs at, but it's probably not fast enough.
