it does NOT tilt...... I would of got it if it had the tilt function

If you mean a remote head, then no.
But I control it from the camera end, not the weight end - so it's never been an issue for me.
Of course, it all depends on the kind of shooting you're doing I suppose - for me speed of setup and portability were the most important things.
But all depends on your needs.
