cracking audio after exporting

I used to have this problem before where after I export my movie from Premiere the audio starts cracking on the high frequencies.

I searched around and found that if you export the audio first, bring it back to your timeline and mute all the other layers, then you can export the movie fine. That worked before but I've just exported an edit there (using the same export audio, bring it back to timeline), but its doing the cracking audio again...

the audio is alright in premiere but not so good here...
