I like how they "don't like hitting animals" yet they don't think to at least stop. Then 600 miles later they find this poor thing embedded in the front of their car.

At least the coyote and the drivers escaped without any criminal charges filed against them. Can't say the same for the balloon boy's dad.

Yeah, kinda what I was thinking: They don't like to hit animals but they don't mind slow-cooking one against the radiator for 600 miles.
