Cover good for Desert shoot?

I am looking at buying a Kata cover for the DVX100b I'll be using to shoot in the desert. Mainly to protect it from sand, dust etc.

But I'm wondering if I'll have any problems with moisture building up inside the bag on the camera? It's a 14 day shoot, in an extremely hot, dry climate. (just south of las vegas)
