Countryman B3 to DR-100 Question

I've got an XLR wired Countryman B3 lavalier and a Tascam DR-100. Will I fry the mic if I plug the B3 directly into the DR-100 via XLR? What is the proper way to connect and operate this mic with my recorder?

Searched extensively and couldn't find an affirmative answer to my question. Thanks
 
Where did the mic originate from? If someone just wired an XLR connector to the end of the cable, it would not work and damage could result if Phantom Power were applied. If your not sure, look for any model numbers on the connector and/or post a picture.
Assuming it's a 'factory installed' "XLR Phantom Power module".. Enable mic level w/ Phantom Power on the Tascam DR-100, adjust levels and record.
