So, when you attach and detach the rubber single clip for the B2D directional lavalier, the swiveling part of the clip comes apart. It can be put back together, but it's a major hassle on location. When I called Countryman Associates to ask for a warranty replacement, the request was declined. I was informed that the clip is operating as designed, and any replacement would have the same problem. The B2D microphone itself is an exceptional product, but I was quite disappointed in this response from Countryman Associates.
