Hey,

I did this film, Countdown recently in Singapore. I've just finished it and I'm not really sure what to do with it now. Is it possible that someone recommend a good festival that we can participate in? We're all about 16/17 years old so it would be great if any of ya'll could suggest some festivals which accomodate high school or student entries.

Anyway, the links to the film are as follows. I would be grateful if you could watch it and let me know what our festival chances are:

Google Video (This might be a little laggy)
Google Video (Bloopers)

Download Site #1
Download Site #2
Download Site #3 (Bloopers)

Btw there are also some screen grabs HERE.

Please do watch the film and let me know what you think and what our chances are at the festival circuit. I've been told acting a below par but everything else is the best we've done. I'd appreciate any honest and straightforward comments. Feel free to contact me for more information if necessary. Thank you!

There are festivals that will reject masterpiece work and exhibit utter garbage, and there are festivals that reject the garbage and screen the gems, and there are festivals in between... so really, these days, there are so many fests that you will find SOMETHING, regardless of your product.

Hey thanks for your reponse. Yeah I tried withoutabox last year with only limited success. I have no idea about the intricacies of each festival and what their preferances, favorites are, etc. Many big festivals may not directly state they have favoritism towardsa particular genre but most of their selections come from only one place. That sorta thing. Is there one in particular that you could recommend me after seeing my film? Thanks for your time. Really appreciate it.
