Phantom is 48v, most lavs use 3-5v so you need a power supply that steps it down. Here's one built for Sennheiser's G2 mics but it would work with Countryman wired for G2 as well.

and here's one from Ambient. It's shown with a TA5F connector but the Ambient page shows it's also available for mics wired for Sennheiser connectors so I'm sure it can be ordered for you in that configuration.

Sorry Steve, But I'm still really confused! If I want to go wired, not wireless, then why would I want to run a Countryman through these transmitters? and how could I since there really isn't an input/output line on the transmitters. Let's forget for the moment that I have G2's, now if I buy a Countryman does the other end of the mic have a headphone jack? and if so wouldn't I just plug that into one of the phantom power adapters you showed me? So if I follow you correctly, you were referring me to a wireless set-up? Where as I want to go strictly wired when it comes to quality lavs such as the Countryman. So without seeing the other end of the Countryman, its hard for me to realize what I need.
Thanks!
