I know I will be exporting an OMF file out of Final Cut but as far as giving a post sound guy video, what is the proper way to organize the footage it self as far as bars and tone, slugs, head and tail sync beeps. I just want to make sure everything will be staying in sync for him working and when I receive it back from him as well
