Corporate Video Lingo?

Hello, I'm trying to make it as a corporate videographer, I know little about shooting stuff like this and just wondered if someone could help me out with any terms/lingo that comes up alot, thanks!
 
Net 30 -- they're trying to delay paying you for 30 days.
Net 90 -- they are hoping you forget that they owe you money.
Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) -- they're making sure you don't tell everyone else how bad their business is and what morons they are.
Chapter 7 -- they're not going to pay you.
Chapter 11 -- they're still not going to pay you.
