The proper term is 'Moving forward'.... or 'Forward-facing customers'.:shocked:

"Going forward" is absolutely a staple.

Synergy gets a bad rap but is a thing...basically it's just a word for cleverly efficient vertical integration...its just come about to have less monopolistic overtones.

One of my favorite real concepts that sounds like corporate bs? Ancillary content model.

Thanks.. I just looked up the word - Synergy. I'm more in awe of the word now.. basically more in awe of the concept. However, will not use it because the word seems to be overplayed. Orginally thought the word game from Tony Robins or something rogar-BigGrin(DBG)
