Be-careful I was almost sued for this, even know it was for something very small. Think of it like this, if you made a short or whatever and you caught someone using your visuals, would you be pissed?
Someone could sue you over the assumption that you are using that movie to promote your business (in other words the movie is the procuring cause of future business) and you are profitting indirectly from it. So don't do it man.
