Got tired of my computers overheating, so I built a fancy-schmancy enclosure (using high-tech materials like cardboard & masking tape) with a 10" exhaust fan in the back, and stuck two of the PCs in it.

Now everyone is happy at 90F and 80F, instead of 100-ish. :)

Isn't that exciting? (aw c'mon...this place is pretty dead right now...gotta post something.)

lol yeah, sounds good :)

BTW, was on my way to buy 2 DVD's, but the damn store was closed. God I hate myself for waiting so long (it was like, "yeah, just gotta do blah blah blah first, THEN I'll go get those films). :(

Gotta post something...

My solution is to not put the sides on the case after I build the system. It makes the room a bit noisier but sure keeps the system a lot cooler.

Also makes it easier to swap drives and cards in and out.

Taking the sides off can screw up the airflow. Instead of the fans in back suck out the air from over the motherboard, they'll just pull it in from "outside".
