I don't think it's the same fixture at all. I have 2 of the Cool Light fixture and the bulbs doesn't have any green tint to them and it's perfectly matched to daylight, plus the construction is pretty solid.
 
I was actually just using that as an example. I bought mine for $289 shipped, but without the bulbs. The bulbs in the one from adoramma I would replace anyway as they are probably low quality at that price.

Sounds like the cool lights bulbs are green free so I'll probably buy those as they are resonably prices compared to other high quality options.
 
Does anyone have any experience with the osram tubes? I was thinking of picking them up in 32k to try out with a coollight fixture I purchased.
 
The Osram Dulux are well respected over here in Germany.
Actualy they are made in my home town.

CoolLights have green spikes in the LED lights not the fluorescent lights. I have both the 5600k and 3200k CoolLights bulbs and they are fine.
 
Yeah let me clarify, I was not comparing the adorama or chinese light to the coollight. I was comparing them to one another, they are identical in construction but not to the coollight. My reference was to buying from over seas when it is readily available here. I'm not sure about the bulbs, i have the osram dulux bulbs for that fixture.
 
I also use the Osram dulux bulbs. Cheap, great specs (>90 CRI), available at almost any lighting store (though may have to be ordered), and it's what the pros use.
