Looking to do an interior lighting in a warehouse gritty type setting. Not looking for a warm feel but a cold (greenish/bluish) feel. Any recomendations for types of lights that can help bring this out? please let me know...i appreciate it!

Haha, that's actually the color temperature the fluorescent lighting manufacturers are so desperately trying to get away from!
So, you should be able to go to a Home Depot type store and pick up the CHEAPEST fluorescent fixture, and get that look quite well. Go for the cheapest one, even better, a fixture that includes the fluorescent tubes, that way you should be okay.
Be sure that it doesn't say: daylight, or warm color, or something like that.
It comes in different strengths, but 1/2 should be a sweet place to start.
There's also the possibility to change the look to what you want in post production of course, using color correction, or Magic Bullet software.
....and just to give you even more options: you could also try to white balance your camcorder on a piece of paper that you printed with pale orange or pale pink or pale purple. Just use a color printer and make a solid color in a graphics program (not too dark though), print it out so it covers the whole page, and use that in front of the camcorder when you white balance. You will need to experiment with the "strength" and the shade of the color; basically check a color wheel and print the opposite color (180°) of what you want the video to look like.
So, looking at this color chart, if you print a pale shade of PURPLE, it will give you a GREEN look, and printing ORANGE/YELLOW will give you a BLUE look:
Oh, and depending on what camera you have, you may also be able to change the color temperature settings in its menu settings.
Also you can get an effect like that by tricking the white balance of the camera. Either you can white balance off of a lightly orange card. The camera will try to make the orange white and it will add a cold blue tone to everything. The other way to do it is get a cinegel swatch book, you know the sample ones you get where you buy would lighting gear. Hold the orange gel swatch in front of the camera lens when you white balance off of a white card. The nice thing with this approach is that you can try different levels of orange (1/8 CTO, 1/4CTO, 1/2 CTO) until you get the one you like. You can also get green the same way by white balancing through minus green.
