Hey everyone,
So i just got a new computer from work for video editing (my first real full time video job!) but have ran into a road block. So my question is concerning converting footage, specifically 60fps to 23.98fps, into slow-mo.
I have always used Cinema Tools with the Final Cut suite to do this in the past but now that i'm working on Lion, and the Final Cut Suite is not compatible with Lion, all I have is Final Cut X, Compressor, and Motion; all of the new Final Cut products from Apple sold on the App-Store. Cinema Tools was always so quick to convert the footage in a flash from 60fps to 23.98fps but now that I no longer have that software to work with I'm not sure what to do.
Does anyone have any advice? I'm assuming i could use compressor but is that going to make it slow-mo? If so, how?
If anyone else is in my position or has been I'd love to hear your workflow on this!
Thanks for your help everyone!
