Converting to PSP Format?

Does anyone know how to convert to PSP format at any of the newer resolutions w/the 3.3 firmware upgrade?

"-The following types of files can now be played in the “VIDEO” folder: MPEG-4/H.264 AVC Main Profile (AVC CABAC) video files of the following sizes: 720 X 480, 352 X 480, or 480 X 272"

I've tried export Mpeg4 w/mp4 extension at 23.98fps, but it only works for 320x240.

Any ideas?!

One google search hit it for me right away. New firmware update and all.

I probably should have specified..I can't figure out how to convert to AVC format for PSP using a Mac. I can do it with PSP video 9. But I primarily use a Mac.
