Converting stereo to mono before export?

Hi,

I can only import one side of sound into my PC as I dont have the adapter, and I have this movie made before I realized it was only my left channel. Is there any way in Premiere to change it so all audio is mono so when I export its mono and coming out both ears?

if u only have audio on ure left channel, drag the audio plug in that says "fill right channel" on the clip this will mirror ure left channel....
