Converting NTSC to Pal

I have converted it to Pal, but it doesn't look right. WHat should I do about this?

Converted it how and doesn't look right now? You need to be more detailed in the problems you're facing otherwise there's not much we can say.

You can't just drop an NTSC sequence or movie into a PAL sequence and have it magically convert. You need a plug in, like this one--
