If Im filming a short or a feature on a HVX200E PAL camera and wants
to get it shown at film festivals or get distributed in the US, how will the
conversion between 24P (NTSC) and 25P (PAL) work?
(the source will be either 1080i or 720p HD)
And question nr. 2 will it affect quality, and how much?
