Converting Fresnel to HMI -- Will this Lamp/Ballast Combo Work?

I'm working on a 150w metal halide fresnel. I'd like to make a remote ballast. Anyone happen to know what amperage/voltage runs from the ballast to the bulb? Shopping for connectors to make a header cable.
