Hi All,
If you edit in FCP and want to use markers in your FCP timeline as navigational cue points in a Flash video, I've created an AIR application (you'll need to install the AIR runtime from Adobe) that reads Final Cut Pro XML and converts them to an XML file you can import in the Flash CS3 Video encoder. This saved me a lot of time and frustration since I find setting markers in FCP to be a lot easier than setting them in the encoder. The application is free and I've posted a tutorial on my blog:
