Converting DV to 24p?

Ok. So I've got this Canon ZR50 MC laying around. I'm pretty sure it records 60i, but I can't find the manual so I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm wondering if I can use Adobe Premiere to convert that footage to 24 frames per second. And if so, will it be usable? I'm just not sure how it will look. Or if it can even be done. Can it? Thanks.

Your ZR50 records 60i. If you want to convert to 24p you need Magic Bullet or a program like that.

yup magic bullet and AE is the way to go.
