Converting 23.98 clips to true 24 fps

Hey everyone, this is a frustrating issue I need help with. I am getting animated clips from my animators out of the country that are 23.98 fps. I have to convert them to 24 fps by opening the movie in quicktime, exproting as an image sequence, then reimporting them as a quicktime movie, one-at-a-time. It takes forever. Is there a quicker way to "batch" the whole process?

why do you have to convert them to 24fps- why not work in 23.98?

Because with these animated features the lost frames will be too many. After so many minutes you loose a frame of animation. Plus, that's what the boss wants!
