convert to tiff file

I really apologize to clutter this forum. I try to find a tip that"disjetta" wrote. About to export your movie to tiff file so you can get higher resolution. I have only dialup it takes me foreever to seacrh arround. I know I have seen somewhere here before.
Mr. Chairman you can delete this posting after I found it because I guesss this is just reposting.
