past weekend I was filming a video for a friend, we used 3 different cameras, canon XH A1 and 2 other sony cams. all camera used standard miniDV tape we were recording all in widescreen for both of the sony cams, the canon was recording in HD. everything works good.
but now when I edit in premier and all the screen size of the all 3 camers do not match. I burn a little clip of all 3 cams to dvd and watch it on a HD tv. the video that was recorded using canon fits perfectly on the tv screen. except for the other 2, it display widescreen but it doesn't fit in TV screen.
do I need to convert the 2 videos on the sony to match the canon ? and what software would do this ? and what are the size/ratio settings ?
