Convert PDF to JPEG using Photoshop

I have three movie posters in PDF format.

I want to get them printed out and all the online printing services I see are requesting the images as a jpeg. When printed each poster will be approximately 11 x 16.

When I open the PDF in Photoshop it is prompting me to select a width, height, resolution, and mode.

I'm not sure what to select for each of these to get the best quality printing.

Any suggestions?

Also, does anyone recommend an online printer. It seems like there are hundreds out there. I should point out, this is not bulk printing. I am just getting 1 print of each.

Mode: RGB (most direct-print places use RGB files, but check with whatever shop you end up with), Size: 11x16 (or whatever your final is), Resolution: If you're doing digital prints (as opposed to offset), 200 dpi should be fine.

I think I used Vista Prints for some business cards, but that's my only experience with online, non-photo printing.
