Convert FCP5 project file to FCP4.5...possible?

Anyone here know of if it's possible to do the following...

Have a saved project in Final Cut Pro 5; convert it or export it so that it can be read and opened in Final Cut Pro 4.5?

It's possible something by the Automatic Duck company might cover this - I haven't made a big study, but you could find out pretty easily.

Yes in FCP 5 export the file as an XML. Import the XML into FCP 4.5.
