At what point does a company-owned and copyrighted product (Pabst Blue Ribbon, '94 Jordans, ) or television show/film personality (Married with Children, Twin Peaks, Flintstones, Witches of Eastwick, Black Sabbath, ) become illegal? Obviously blatantly talking-**** about it will land you in trouble, but what about just a brief mentionng? Especially if its in total appreciation, is that ilegal?
