control image size upon fly in

Is there a way to control the image size when you fly it in? As say into a box or into a part of the screen size? A tutorial somewhere? Thanks for any suggestions or ideas !!
 
(it lets you take a clip, reduce it 'x-amount' in size and place it anywere in your frame.. and you use 'key frames' to control where it goes and when, and how big, etc...)

I could be wrong though.

Or are you talkign about controlling it's size when using some sorta "fly in' transition?
 
Take a left at Maple Ave.

Then go diagnal about 3.2 miles

Then make a loopdee loop throught the knome fields

After you pass the fields go past that tall building..make a swing around and your at the strip club.
