Contract question here

I found a script that I want to shoot and the writter sent me a screenplay release contract, rightfully so. Anyway, I just wanted some of you guys experienced in this area to take a peak at it just to make sure it sounds legit. I read it and it seems ok but a second review by a third person would be better.
