Contract for Video / Editing Work...

Does anyone know where I could find a contract or contract template for doing video editing / motion graphics work? I've got a potential client that wants 10 15-30sec motion graphics spots...

Do you use a Mac or a PC? Right after I got my new Imac I was browsing through Staples and saw this really neat program for like $39. It's called Macfreelance. While it doesn't have contracts persay it is a real neat little program that allows you to make very professional looking invoices, quotes, etc. without having to have a business degree. You could probably add a signature spot to one and use the quote/invoice as a contract. It was well worth the money in my opinion. You have to get used to the interface a little but that is expected when you buy any new program.....

Now keep in mind the price tage..it won't be perfect but I found it very useful.
 
Shoot, I have a pc.

Well, I ask because I may be getting hired to do 10 After Effects Ads for some new vending machine screens and would like to keep myself from getting screwed. I'm not sure what procedure I need, or should follow with this stuff...
