I am looking to submit some Music Video projects that I have been working on to some contests. I did a search but didn't really find what I was looking for. I guess I am looking for a film festival/contest that might have a music video category.

Try ResFest @ res.com. I'm not sure but I think they might have one. Also www.mvwire.com is (Music Video Wire) and I'm sure you could find something on their website. Hope that helps.

The Great Lakes Film Fest is having their music video festival this week.  So unfortunately you'll miss that one.  Save the link for next year however and if you ever need to email the President, Steve Opsanic, tell him John C. Lyons sent ya!

Also try www.mvwire.com. It's a good resource and I think I remember reading that they have a contest of some sorts. Not quite sure on that but it's worth checking out anyway.

I just finished reading the most recent issue of Filmmaker Magazine and every other page was a festival "call for entries" ad. You may want to check that out (it's a good mag anyway) though I'm not sure about a music video category
