Contaz Zeiss lenses & OConnor Mini Focus

With Contax Zeiss lenses (I believe all the primes) have about 270' rotation. About 3/4 of a full rotation.
Its way more than a photo lens, but less than a cine lens. It also doesn't have as much markings as a cine, but more than a photo.

With the OConnor Mini Focus, is it wise to get the photo set or the Cine set?
I will most likely have to get focus rings on the lens because the lenses are so small, it may be too far for contact.
So, If I have a large focus ring on the lens, it will be a larger diameter lens.

Will the Photo set or the Cine set be the better choice? ...Or neither?

Rotation degrees is important, but it is dependent on circumference of a lens. A skinny and compact photography lens with a 270' rotation, could be the same amount of travel as just a fraction of a cine lens with 300*. I'm not drawing this from any one specific lens make or model, but a lens with a 1" radius and 300* rotation will have much less rotation travel distance than a lens with a 2" radius and 300* rotation.

So focus rings, sometimes actually help in more ways than *just* getting the gear from the FF to reach

Yeah, I heard that too.
I will be buying large focus rings on my lenses in that case.

Right now, the lenses have about 270' of rotation and are about 196mm in circumference

So, with the additional large focus ring (such as from redrock),
would I be good to stay with a 1.0x follow focus?
Or would I need the 0.75x? -- That still seems too excessive for these lenses, right?
Or perhaps something larger than 1.0x like 1.5x?
