Afrter installing a Decklink intensity pro card and trying for hours to make it work, I've arrived at an astounding finding. I don't know what the hell I'm doing. I got it to kind of work, but I have no idea if it could be doing better.
For all of the years I've been working with editing and shooting and computers, I still get off track when things get technical. A simple written explanation to some of you is absolute greek to me.
So, I need to find someone who is willing to consult with me over the phone about my system and what kind of work I do and I will be happy to pay for their time.
Here's the general specs: I use Adobe production suite on a dual pentium 3.0 ghz pc with 3 gigs ram. I work mostly in HD with Aspect v5 (also have raylight but have not used it) My recent drama is trying to get quality HD output to either a 24" samsung lcd flat panel, or a Samsung 1920x1280 242MP monitor.
