Considering final cut express

I'm thinking of buying final cut express for doing video projects at home. But the programme my school uses is final cut pro. The reason why I might get final cut express is because it's considerably cheaper than the latter.

What do you think?

You'll be missing out on ProRes 422, multicam editing, OMF/AAF export, Color, and all the other extra tools that come with FCP. Only you can decide if the price difference is worth it for your applications.
