Confused about DVD format - Want to upload it for editing

[mynt]

My friend went sky-diving and received a DVD video of his skydive. He gave it to me so I can edit it, add music, ect.

This is my first time doing this and I'm lost on how to upload it to Adobe Premier.

Here's what I see when I go to "Explore"

I open the first folder, "VIDEO_RM" and I see this:

I go to the second one, "VIDEO_TS" and I see this:

Can someone please tell me how to go about importing the video to Premier.

Thanks!
