So, just curious if someone else has this same problem.
I have no problem editing Nikon D800 or dnxhd video files in Vegas 12, then exporting a XML for Resolve. But with files from the 5Dmk3, there's no chance. When opening the XML in resolve, I get the follwing error on each clip:
The clip XXXX.mov can't be linked to the media file xxxx.mov because the timecode extents do not match.
Now, the 5Dmk3 does have embedded TC.
In fact, the same workflow test done in Premiere works perfectly and opens in premiere without a problem. So I fear the problem is in the XML Vegas produces. But Vegas does not seem to have any problems with the D800 or other QT files. So what's toing on?
