Condenser lenses... how? what? where?

Ok I've been trying to reduce vignetting on my Letus35 with my 28mm f2 Nikon lens for some time now and when I do research I often stumble upon talk about putting a condenser lens between the adapter and the camera to fix it. People always report very positive results from this but I can't find any info on what this actually means...

I'm a bit new to specific DIY lens stuff so my question here is: what kind of 'condenser lens' can I put between my camera (sony pdx 10p) and the adapter?

I've found all sorts of condenser glasses etc but nothing that looked like something that would fit anywhere.

Hi,
The Letus35 already has a condenser lens inside the unit. A possible fix might be to increase the distance between the adapter and your camcorder with a spacer tube, but this might effect the cams ability to zoom in and focus, and will also make for a longer adapter.
