Everytime I go to import file in compressor it makes a "ump' sound and does nothing. I have a final cut system at home and it works but not at work. We have a x-raid and a black magic card attached to this system other than that I believe it is identical to the one I have at home. I tried to reinstall and it said install failed try again. Anyone with any info? Thanks folks. oh I tried dragging the files into compressor also.
