Does anyone know the main difference between optimize for download vs streaming and if there is any quality difference between the two?
Also is it better to compress a 1080p file to 720p, does it loose quality or maybe hide any imperfections your footage might have had? After so long I'm still trying to learn the best compression settings
thanks
