Maybe someone can tell me what's wrong or what happened:
Compressed an mpeg file like usual to use on a dvd.
At the end of the movie it cuts from one shot to another shot which steadily becomes blurry(gaussian blur).
After compressing it into the mpeg, it now cuts to black at the end of the first shot then fades in on the next shot once the shot has become blurry.
I re rendered the movie again, same thing. The sequence I am compressing from is normal, the way I cut it, but it compresses out differently.
I don't have a sniff why or how to fix. Wanting to send this flick out to festivals, but can't really when the movie cuts differently than it should at an important point of the movie.
Ideas? (other than sending a vhs)
