Compressor, Converting DVC Pro HD 720 to Flash and Keeping Pixel Aspect Ratio

I am trying to convert HD 720p to Flash using Compressor using the Quicktime Export Components in the Inspector and when I export my video it loses its Pixel Aspect Ratio. It becomes squeezed and I have tried everything except that 1 thing to keep the aspect ratio to 16x9. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? And what is that 1 thing I need to do to keep my DVC PRO HD 720p 16x9 and not Squeezed? Thanks

Your problem is the new kooky interface in Compressor. It isn't immediately obvious where to change this. In Compressor, you have to select the job, where it says "H.264, etc..." and the destination in the upper left window. Not the box around that, the box inside the box (if that makes any sense). You should see in the Inspector window (bottom/center), six "tabs" below Name and Description. The one second from the right, it looks like a square, circle and triangle, and it's called "Geometry," click that. Under dimensions, after Frame Size there's a pull down menu, pick Custom 16:9. That will reset the dimensions so the width stays whatever the preset is and it'll change the height for you. Leave the pixel aspect ratio setting alone, at 1.000.
