Several months ago I came across a thread where someone frustrated by HQ final only to look like crap after uploading to web. He made comparisons to the apple movie sight and began doing a lot of tests. He finally came up with several settings that quite impressively matched the quality of Apple and others.
I thought I saved it, but have sense rebuilt my computer only to find I lost the link. I have tried exhaustively to try and find it to no avail...thus the post.
If there is anybody that recalls or by chance can refernce the thread, that would be awesome. I am on mission to solve my compression whoas! Thanks!
