Compression SETTINGS ???

[Rick Meyer]

Hello Fellow Premiere Pro 1.5 users...Trying to save my sister some cash I offered to film her wedding. Now, I have just edited a 7 minute piece and really need some feedback. Uncompressed, it is 1.5 gigabytes. Please help me find the right codec or compression settings so I can get it down to about 20MB so I can post the clip.

Thanks so much.

Rick
