I finished filming my cooking DVD (if you've been following) and my video editor has already done the majority of the cutting in FCP. It looks like we're going to have more than 3 hours worth of stuff which will fit on a DVD-9 and not a DVD-5. What type of compression does he need to use to get it all on there without losing the amazing quality video we've captured?
